Delivery and Returns

How long does it take?

If your item is in stock, we endeavor to dispatch all orders received by midday on the same day! If you have a special request please get in touch and we will do what we can to help. Goods are dispatched Monday to Friday. Orders placed during the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.

How much is delivery?

All deliveries to USA addresses are charged at $15

(Outside the UK or USA? Shipping charges will vary when purchasing for delivery outside of the UK and the charge will be automatically calculated in the checkout. We ask that, before purchasing for delivery outside of the UK, you check the relevant import and customs regulations about pet products.

Who will deliver?

We use several delivery providers to ensure your product reaches you as efficiently as possible. This can include but is not limited to, Royal Mail, DPD, APC, and UPS.

Delivery All OK?

Deliveries by Royal Mail do not require a signature. Deliveries via some other providers do require a signature so please ensure someone is available to sign for the parcel upon delivery. If you notice any damage to your delivery please indicate this upon signature and be clear about what the issue is. Please be assured that any deliveries that are reported undelivered will be investigated fully, including interviews with delivery drivers as required.

What if I Change My Mind?

Returns

We hope you’ll be very pleased with the products you buy from us, but should you change your mind you can cancel your order and return the product to us within 28 days of the date of delivery. Goods being returned must be in the condition that they arrived in, as new, and in the original packaging.

To organize a return is easy, please contact Customer Services via email to hello@petweighter.com or telephone +44 208 191 7452. A member of the team will be able to help you arrange your return to the correct address in your country. Returns are made at your own expense.

Refunds

Refunds are made quickly! Please allow up to 5 working days from the day we receive your return to allow the banks to process the refund. As part of our process, any returns received are inspected and credited on the day of receipt.
